About your appointment:
Your first visit generally takes one hour.
We encourage both parents and a baby nurse or caregiver to attend.
Your baby will be carefully examined and we will take pictures and measurements of both his or her ears. We will then discuss the babies ear deformities and come up with a treatment plan. Parents usually want treatment to begin immediately since the best results from ear molding are achieved when the babies are treated very early (1-3 weeks old). You will be shown how to care for and check your babies ears while the molds are in place.
We provide parents with a HIPPA compliant email and text service to send us pictures of any concern they have between visits.
All patient care and ear molding is performed by Dr. Weinstein personally at every visit. There is no patient care being performed by a PA or nurse.
Suzy our amazing patient care coordinator will help you set up appointments and make sure you have all the supplies that you need when you leave each appointment. She is in the room with the Doctor.
Billa is our wonderful Billing expert. We do not participate in any insurance but will check you’re insurance eligibility and send clinical information and a letter to you’re insurance company to try to get you’re babies ear molding covered. We will also take care of the billing process for you.
We pride ourselves on making the ear molding process a wonderful and happy experience for you and your baby.
